• 4.⁠ ⁠Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the engineering consultancy space.
• Use this data to adjust business development strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Identify and assess new opportunities for business diversification, including entering new sectors or new regions in KSA.
• 5.⁠ Strategic Partnerships & Networking:
• ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, industry associations, developers, contractors, and consulting firms.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that can enhance business opportunities or complement existing services.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to raise the firm’s profile.
• 6.⁠ ⁠Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Review consistency of project documents and confirm the conformance with the contract.
•  Issue project documents to the client through the formal transmittal method and in the due time according to the project time schedule.
• Agree with client on project: time schedule, design criteria, technical specifications, drawings methodology, BOQ template documents and transmittal methodology (title block, numbering system, level of details, etc.) and project budget.
